THE MEDIA

Jonny Halfhead has been releasing a book a year over the past six years. The latest release tries to help and support anyone that has faced the burden of questioning oneself or the society in which you might find yourself trapped in.

This is a plea from Jonny Halfhead -

"My latest book, which is entitled "I'm Awake! - Guidance and Support for those leaving the Jehovah's Witnesses" is a full colour, glossy magazine style that has great potential to save the lives of those questioning or leaving the Jehovah's Witnesses organisation.

If this book saves one life, it will be worth the effort put into it. If you have the opportunity, please promote and get this book out to people whenever possible, help and support is out there for you"

I'm Awake!

Guidance and Support for those leaving the Jehovah's Witnesses

Whether you are a current Jehovah’s Witness or used to be one in the past, or even if you are one of the millions on the verge of leaving the organisation, this book is purpose made for you. This guide is full of tips, knowledge and heartfelt support for anyone that wants to know the answer to the question, “are the Jehovah’s Witnesses who they say they are?”.
This is not another magazine telling you how to live your life or telling you what choices to make or even what Truth and reality is. Rather it is a collection of experiences from those that have made choices in the past and are letting you know what has worked for them and what hasn’t.

If you are ready to do any research, here would be a good place to start. If you are thinking of leaving the Jehovah’s Witnesses, here are the choices. If you think you know the world outside, read the experiences of those who have seen the outside world. If you still haven’t come to terms with your Jehovah’s Witness past, then here is wisdom and support.

This is Jonny Halfhead’s first move to non-fiction. A full colour, magazine like experience which is easy to digest and full of gentle advice and support.

The Truth

David, a police detective, struggling with his own truth and the reality of the law he upholds, is called to an attempted murder of an elderly man at the hands of a teenager.  It should be a straight forward open and shut case, until he encounters the ‘Truth’ and all is not what it appears.

Jonny Halfhead returns to pure fiction once again in his fifth book and explores how truth is perceived by a human’s limited perception.

Initially released as 25 limited signed and numbered hardback editions each with a set of postcards and a bookmark

From God to Goth
A Nine Pills Sequel

ISBN-13-9798450682716

What do you do when you leave a highly controlling religious group? When all your friends and family treat you as an apostate? Jonny must move on and find his way in the evil outside world, face his fears of the unknown and find kindred spirits. Follow Jonny’s journey as he explores his creativity and the demons that fight against him, both physical and mental.

The story is based heavily on Jonny Halfhead’s own experiences of growing creatively and exploring the goth scene of the early nineties, joining a band and being a central part in the staging of the first goth music festival “The Whitby Goth Weekend”. From God to Goth follows directly from the events of Jonny’s first book Nine Pills and is also a standalone story.

History asks civilisations repeatedly, how far do we need to go before we see the real truth around us? Anna has to take that journey to its extreme end before she can see “the Truth”.
